Diabetic neuropathy
Diabetic neuropathy is a rather common complication experienced by people suffering from diabetes. This condition damages nerves in the body due to high blood sugar levels from diabetes. While diabetes-related nerve damage can be painful, it isn’t severe pain in most cases.
Symptoms: Those suffering from diabetic neuropathy may not experience any symptoms at all, while others may feel the following:
numbness, tingling, or pain in the toes, feet, legs, hands, arms, and fingers
wasting of the muscles of the feet or hands
indigestion, nausea, or vomiting
diarrhea or constipation
dizziness or faintness due to a drop in blood pressure after standing or sitting up
problems with urination
erectile dysfunction in men or vaginal dryness in women
