Tics/twitch

Tics can be motor or vocal, and occur suddenly during regular behavior and without any warning. Tics often repeat the same action in numerous succession. Twitches, on the other hand, don’t repeat and are involuntary occurrences, meaning that they can’t be controlled or suppressed.
